Drew-PRH
Good day all, I've been looking through the Base Cabinet Specifications dialog and can not figure out how to take this 2" High Drawer and raise the Drawer Bottom up to create a Pull Out Shelf Any suggestions would be helpful, and also which would include it still being able to be viewed as 'Pulled Out'. Thanks - Drew
DBCooper
Can't you just make it a 2" drawer? \

I guess kind of like a cutting board that is used as a flat pull out shelf with operable glides as a drawer. That is why I was looking to make it a flush top drawer. What I created is below. I suppose for Illustration Purposes I could leave it's look as a drawer if it can not be done to be a flush top.
DBCooper
You might be able to get what you want by creating your own drawer box symbol. The picture below shows a quick example. The floating box is a symbol I made out of 3d objects and then I used it for drawer box.

Yes you can Any mesh can be converted into a millwork/fixture/furniture/hardware symbol category, and any of those symbol categories can be used as a drawer box: Edited Wednesday at 08:33 AM by Renerabbitt

Might you be using X17? Thanks - Drew

I did try that before and looking for storage box but had no results come up. Closed and opened back up, and found it. How odd. Thank you!! After I located the 'Storage Box' (CA was not finding it the first time I tried - closed, open, found it) I saved the 'Storage Box' to User Catalog', Changed some dimensions and materials - Voilà

Quick question re. draw box symbol creation for the Chief wizards: Will symbol stretch planes work in this case allowing the symbol to re-size to different drawer sizes, or does the symbol need to be built to exact size? (I tried this yesterday with stretch planes and could not figure it out) - Jim
