Create Pull Out Drawer as Pull Out Shelf

Good day all,

 

I've been looking through the Base Cabinet Specifications dialog and can not figure out how to take this 2" High Drawer and raise the Drawer Bottom up to create a Pull Out Shelf 

 

Any suggestions would be helpful, and also which would include it still being able to be viewed as 'Pulled Out'.

Good day,  Yes I suppose, however when the cabinet is actually built it will be a pull out shelf for a laundry basket to sit flat on.

 

I guess kind of like a cutting board that is used as a flat pull out shelf with operable glides as a drawer.

 

That is why I was looking to make it a flush top drawer.

 

What I created is below.

 

I suppose for Illustration Purposes I could leave it's look as a drawer if it can not be done  to be a flush top.
