VHampton
It's probably a layer setting. Are both plan views being displayed with the same layer set options? First check and see if you've got 2 different layer designations. If so... Look for "Rooms" and see what the numerical value is.

BenMerritt
Are you using a fill pattern? Depending on various quirks of your PDF print driver, PDF viewer, etc., tight pattern fills may looks different at certain zoom levels due to differences in how various programs implement anti-aliasing. The screen grab on left is the plan view and screen grab on right is the PDF. Everything is on same Layer.

So how do I fix this? Also it doesnt happen just on fill patterns. It also happens to the arrow marks for text and sometimes to Text also. Like few are darker and few are lighter on same page of PDF. It depends a great deal on the specifics of the situation; I'm not aware of any "one size fits all" solution. If possible, I'd recommend building a stripped-down plan (e.g. one with just a filled rectangle that exhibits the issue) and either posting it here or submitting a ticket to Tech Support. Have you tried outputting using different print driver(s), such as built-in Chief driver? If you get the same result, then you've likely excluded the print driver as the culprit.
