How do I get Chief Architect X17 to show decimal feet for room dimensions?

I've tried changing the dimensions in:  Edit / Default Settings / Dimension / Dimensions / Number style, as well as click on a room, Open Object, Number style. 

 

But no matter what, it always displays the dimensions as Feet, Fractional Inch instead of as Decimal Feet.

 

I've tried this in both X15 and X17 as well as tried a new and existing plan.

Have you tried editing 'Saved Dimension Defaults'?

Edit / Default Settings / Dimension / Dimensions / Edit / Chose your format / Edit / Primary Format
