am I setting this house up the right way

Attached is my plan. I am having some issue with siding/drywall/etc on some walls so I am thinking I may not have set this house up the right way.

 

11' tall walls on 1st floor.

8' tall walls on 2nd floor for the middle section

on two sides using space under rafters so 0' wall height at exterior wall and increasing in height as you moved toward the center
