Looking for CA Drafter to Duplicate Plans from PDF to CA Model

Good Evening.

 

I have a client that has purchased a home that was started to be built in 2013 and has been "abandoned" since.  

 

Very large home with attached garage.  I would say close to 8,000SF

 

We have the drawings in PDF format, and I would like to get them converted/modeled in CA for use in creating views, renderings, etc. for a remodel and to provide exterior finishes, etc.

 

The home is already built and was permitted.  Structural work and shell, windows, roof all on.  Just a shell right now.
