Make all cabinets 2" taller. I'm not sure I have a specific method for doing this in any specifically efficient way. I guess it depends on how many cabinets of different heights I have. One way or another though I would likely just group select cabinets based on specific heights and change the heights one group at a time. As far as selecting those groups...
