Two Rooms Not Showing Floor and Wonky Exterior Room Line

I'm not sure what I did but I've got a couple of rooms without floors.  One is defined (garage), the other is not (dining).  I noticed that the exterior room line has some overlaps that I don't think should be there.  I've attached the file.  If anyone can take a look and let me know what I did wrong, I'd sure appreciate it.

Wall connection issues:

...and for the garage, you have the floor set to be defined by the foundation room below but you don't have a properly defined room below it.

The porch is made up of a collection of room dividers and Invisible Attic Walls. Ditch the Room Dividers and adjust the attic walls to just be invisible walls.

@Alaskan_Sonand @TeaTime thanks for the input.  My customer wanted an elaborate porch then decided to go with what you saw.  I guess that caused the dining room problem.  As for the garage, I'll take a look at that.  After five years of using CA I still have problems with foundations.  I need to get my head wrapped around what all the DBX inputs do.  Thank you both.
