The client does not wish me to use the CA X6 produced schedules. I exported the schedule info for all schedules to XCEL format so he and his ID can edit them manually.

I am not sure the best way to get them imported/pasted into a layout sheet. YOU my helpers suggest creating cad detail sheet, but I am not quite sure how to do that without messing up what I've done already. I ABSOLUTELY have no more time for experimenting or trying to learn another process,

Thanks for the help

You should be able to place the Excel Spreadsheets into the Layout simply by using "Copy - Paste - Paste Special".  IOW, Copy in Excel, Paste, Paste Special in the Layout.  They will not be live with the model but that's what your client asked for.

If Joe's solution is a problem, you can always import them as PDF's.

Both ways worked, but PERSONALLY I don't think it is going to do his builder/and subs what he wants it to.

I've got to figure out how to get the CA schedules into a layout without screwing up my plan (adding double call outs on doors and windows). I keep trying!
