Nowhere on website to change payment method?

I need to change the payment method for my license subscriptions, however I'm not seeing an option for that on the chief architect website. Is this something that can only be done by contacting customer support?

 

In fact the website seems to be lacking in pretty much all detail concerning license management, such as showing when your next payments will occur, how much those payments are, etc. These kinds of things should be for the most part mandatory on a website for a subscription based service.

Agree...while calling is pretty painless (just did this the other day)...having the ability online would be preferred as then it can be done any time of the day or week.

 

EDIT:  uuuh...looks like some one deleted their post prior to mine...so now my post that was in response to theirs, doesn't make sense....oh well. ;)
