BECKAG
I have been running into an issue with my plan footprint where it is showing layers that are not actively turned on in my floor plan view. I have tried adjusting the layers and completely deleting and re-adding the footprint, but the issue keeps persisting. In the images attached, you can see my site plan where the electrical layer from a different plan view is showing up, and what my floor plan view that I want to derive the footprint from looks like. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Solution Alaskan_Son Posted April 24 Solution Share Posted April 24 The Plan Footprint is controlled by the Layer Set being used in your CAD Detail, not the layer set used back in your Plan View.
BECKAG
I completely missed that. Thank you!
GeneDavis
Describe "footprint." Is the first image from a layout or plan file? Which?

A Plan Footprint is a special object type on Chief. If you're not familiar with it, search the Help files for Plan Footprint.
