THE TEXT SPLIT INTO TWO LINES

Hello,

 

I have a question to ask everyone. I am using Chief Architect Software.

All links from layout to plan are stable on my computer device, but after I sent it to another device, the text split into two lines.
Has anyone had this happen? Please help me find a solution.

I think that is a common problem when using two devices with different screen resolutions. You should be able to search the answer here on the forum as others have experienced it as well even though I have not.  If I recall the solution is to simply multi select your text boxes and then open and reclose them which should fix the issue.

This is a common issue on devices with different screen resolutions eg 2k and 4k or 1080p, eg going from Desktop to Laptop perhaps,  the simple Fix is to group select all text , Open them all (open icon) click okay when the DBX opens and that should cause them all to refresh and be "fixed".
