neo2222
Can anyone tell me how to get a soffit above cabinets that slopes up with the roof-ceiling. In other words, the bottom of the soffit is horizontal, level above the cabinets, but the top of the soffit is sloped with the ceiling... thanks in advance
ericepv
Make it from a polyline solid then break the surface and drag it to match your ceiling.

neo2222
that works for the shape, but the recessed can lights go up to the sloped ceiling, not to the soffit, 8-(
neo2222
maybe if i used both a sofft and a polly .....
ericepv
You an just place you can lights on your plan view and they should automatically place themselves in the sloped ceiling as long as you un-check 'Flat Ceiling Over This Room' in the structure tab of your room DBX.
