Not sure there is another way unless your source has another format choice. You could try posting here and someone may be able to help but there are a limited number of users here that use both programs. Sorry I read that as a .rfa symbol and not a .rft plan file. You could export a plan from revit using a cad format, like dxf/dwg, and then import that into Chief but it still won't be a Chief model. elgreco Posted December 20, 2022 Share Posted December 20, 2022 My suggestion is to use progeCAD (Autocad alternative, from progeSOFT) which can import a .rvt file and then export it as a 3D symbol (DXF, 3ds, STL) etc which can be read by Chief. progeCAD can be downloaded as a full functioning trial for 30 days but it is very affordable to buy in any case and a good tool to have in your CAD arsenal even if you no longer use AutoCAD.
