Setting the Terrain Perimeter Default

Can the terrain perimeter be set to a default of 12" below your foundation wall so you're not always having to adjust it when your drawing plans?

I am using C.A. X12

You can save a terrain perimeter in your template plan. But no, there is no setting for a 'default' elevation for the terrain perimeter.

No as mentioned Chief does this dynamically based on Floor structure and adding 6 - 8" for ground clearance that is require by code in most areas.
