How would I visually represent these walls?

So the bedroom has a closet, a bathroom is on the other side of the closet walls. But I was wondering what was inside the walls of the two squares I have drawn out. It is all to scale to the existing closet. In addition to that - how would I visually represent/define these walls? Leave them as is, have them filled in?

Much appreciated.

Possibly a "chase", a vertical space in a wall that provides an area for pipes or wires to run through. It may run up a wall from the basement to the upper level of your home or the attic for an air conditioning system return air duct (the larger one), or plumbing vent pipe.  If that is the case you could draw a cad circle

inside and label it.

If you want the chase to be open, make the room type "OPEN TO BELOW"

Also you may want a copy of the wall type for a new one-sided wall & delete the inner drywall.

This way the chase is closer to real-world conditions.
