akabuilder Posted July 19, 2019 Share Posted July 19, 2019 Ok so I'm not making progress like I thought I would had some suggestions from a couple of Solvers (Eric another gentleman -whose name I've forgotten), which I tried but I need more details on how to make a flat ceiling under a deck roof that is covering a split level entry. The deck is smaller than the roof itself. It was suggested to move the roof up to second story which I did and to make a ceiling with an open below room. How do I create the open below room? I tried room divider , it did not work correctly. I cannot get a flat ceiling to generate. Also the deck keeps dropping down to the first floor. I'm stumped. tommy1 Posted July 19, 2019 Share Posted July 19, 2019 You could make life easy on yourself and just place a slab or solid there and place it as needed under the deck and change materials to whatever you want for the ceiling under the deck.
