First and second floors are 9', but the great room is open with its roof bearing at 12'. In some places the roof is on the 9' bearing. There is also a storage room over the garage with attic space over the low eaves. Then there are real dormers over the garage that include the storage space. Right now it is a mess and I am sloooowly learning. If any of you are familiar with what I am talking about, I would appreciate any tips.
