stager386
Is there a way to show people in 3D, in designed space? I want to show someone sitting in a chair so my client can see how the room fits.

It would lag a bit in chief as it doesn't handle high poly count models that well
facer_03
3d Warehouse has lots of low poly 3d people, try search string "3d warehouse low poly 3d models" in your browser. Check out one example below: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/u5766f411-7f99-44f2-9985-8ea744b38045/3d-man-standing-lowpoly Note data box on the right. In particular check sizes:.skp File Size 2.7 MB Polygons 5772 3d Models will slow down Chief. Place 3d models on separate layers so you can control which 3d models are required for particular "scenes" or camera views. Turn off 3d models when they are not required ( which is most of the time)

Would they be of use to you?

glennw
They weren't 3D people. They were 2D images.
chief58
Thanks Glenn know I remember if you had them in a plan for printing they showed ok but in 3d when you moved the camera you didn't see the same thing
glennw
Ray, They were just 2D images - like the 2D plant images. 2D images have a setting "Image Always Faces Camera".
