Auto story pole text overlapping each other?

I was sure that i could pull markers away to not have text overlap each other, has this changed?

I do not know how to do this.  CA automatically did this for the 4" dimension but fails to do this for the 10" dimension.

 

Anyone know how to do this?  I called ca and they said that they did not know and to do it manually.

Maybe they thought you meant the Dimension number itself , those are movable (small square) and usually need to be , but I don't think the Marker's can be , at least not in my test plan , they can't be selected separately, but I can't get the wording to overlap like in your pic, they all move automatically like your Top of Slab Marker did

Click extension line

edit square next to marker shows and can move the individual marker string up/down and left right

 

Click on dimension to move whole story pole and each dimension

I have played with it many times, but have never quite figured it out.  I end up just doing manual dimensioning, however it doesn't always work well.

Thanks Joe , when I clicked on the Extension line the edit handle only showed it could move in and out , (when hovered over) , not up or down so I didn't even try it....
