manually drawing deck rails

I need to draw 4 x 4 post, for a  deck rail attached to the outside of the deck . The standard rail will not let me increase the length of the post  to the bottom of the deck joist , & keep my bottom rail 4" above the decking , is there  a way to achieve this , or do i have to draw all these componets of the rail manually ?

Manually. Size the posts in the rail the same size as the balusters and then add the manual posts.

If your design has a bottom rail this technique may work perfectly for you but without the details I asked for I am unable to test it for you as railings are very finicky.  You can draw whatever you like manually but if one of the existing tool can be used it will save you a lot of time.
