Where is "Add to Library" button?

I want to use half-round gutters, like http://www.slateandcopper.com/gutter/half-round-gutter

Following the instructions in

https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-00677/drawing-a-custom-gutter-molding-profile.html

I produced a plan with CAD drawing of the gutter section, to scale. The edges are the best I can do, because the line segment select/edit function jumps to a snap point that I don't want. It is probably close enough.

The KB note says "With the profile selected, click the Add to Library addlib.png?1437075446 Edit Toolbar button to add it to the the Library Browser,"  NO SUCH BUTTON.  Yes, I have looked and RTM.

My questions:

How can I more accurately draw the edges?

The note says "Rename the molding" after using "profile" up to that point without explaining the shift - why is this? Confusing.

What is the specific sequence of menu actions that will allow this item to be added to the library, so I can use in my other plans?

Thanks in advance

I just noticed that the KB says the Feature is "preimier" so, is it that I can't do this with my version of HDP?

Also, I checked the help file for "Block" etc.  It says "3. Click the Make Architectural Block  edit button." But after selecting all lines, no such button shows.  See attached.

I don't have HD Pro in front of me but I don't think you can create your own custom gutter or molding profiles in Pro.

Also, if you were to create either a CAD block or Architectural block, this would not be able to be used as a gutter or molding profile in any of our products.  As a general rule, a molding profile needs to be a single closed or open polyline.  If you have more then one polyline (or any other object, like a circle), then you probably can't use it as a profile.  You could still use it as a cad detail by making it a block but not as a custom profile.

Also, this forum is generally used by Chief Architect Premier and Interiors users.  We have a separate forum for the Home Designer products.  You can find it here:
