lspbjca 0 Posted February 5, 2017 Im a new user of Home Designer Architectural. I have the main room which is 24' x 36'. At one end of the 36' wall, I want to include a prow that extends out 6 additional feet and comes to a point in the center of the 24' wide wall. It appears to me that the software wants to produce a gable end wall between to parallel walls . Here is a view of the room(pic 1) that I want to put the gabled roof on and the results I get looking at the front and back of the room. Is there a way to make the front gable wall (pic 2) look like the back gable(pic 3) without having a double gable as shown> Thanks
Rosco2017 48 Posted February 5, 2017 You may want to post on HomeTalk. This forum is for Chief Architect users. I'd try to help you out, but I'm not even sure what features your software has. I don't feel that I would be able to give you the help you need.

Alaskan_Son 2458 Posted February 5, 2017 Might not be possible in the version you're using, but for anyone else who may have the same question... Try making one (or both) of those prow front walls a "High Shed/Gable Wall".
