We need an align top or bottom of footing tool? Make same as this one..

Hi,

On complex asbuilt remodels, i always waste an incredible amount of time trying to align the tops or bottoms of footings.

 

I try setting the room stem wall heights, but that only goes so far with step footings and shared walls.

 

Does anyone else have this issue?

 

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to click on a wall, not room and say make bottom or top of footing same as this one?

Not sure if you should have posted this in Suggestions but no method I know of unless all the floor levels of the first floor are the same. Usually they are not the same, often the garage is lower than the house. In such cases one manually adjusts the stem walls and footings  unless of course you are a State Licensed Structural Engineer allowed to design foundations of course.

That would be a great addition-

breaking and dragging foundation walls up and down in elevation views get sold in a hurry.
