This is what I started with... -
Here is another iteration, by using a concrete texture overlaying the normal, AO, metalness and roughness maps

Rendered in X18 - New addition to front of existing home. -
Created a wall art piece using Lazy Nezumi in Photoshop, then Quixel mixer to get the depth. Focus was combining mechanical, electrical and radio waves.
