There is a bonus catalog of office furniture including cubicles for offices in the Chief Architect 3D Library in the Furniture category. Hello Tony, Thank you for the question. When you purchase Chief Architect you always get set up with download access to the software. The download access is guaranteed for the first year or as long as you have Support & Software Assurance (SSA). It is always a good idea to have a long term backup copy of the program installation file. You can save the download to a disk or back up hard drive yourself or you can order the back up disk which currently costs $14.95 including shipping. I hope this helps. Some primary differences would be the lack of terrain, landscaping and deck design. The interiors version also lacks the ability to create framing, so if you deal with any structural aspects and/or outdoor design, you will want to consider the Premier version. Here is a matrix that will show a side-by-side comparison between the two products. http://www.chiefarchitect.com/products/compare.html In terms of the library, there are roughly 75,000 items in the library catalog. This includes both manufacturer specific and generic items. You can fully edit the dimensions of this content and apply different colors and materials to objects. This editing capability also applies to imported objects. You will find a list of brand specific content and bonus catalogs in the Chief Architect 3D Library. This content is in addition to the core content already included in the program. You can add various treatments to windows and doors and choose from different fabrics, colors, etc. You can import textures from outside sources and add them to your Chief Architect library. Day 1 was a success! Our User Conference was full of learning, networking and fun. We concluded the day with an Evening Event at Le Peep Cafe. Day 2 has been packed full of training - Intro, Intermediate, Advanced, K&B! Our Evening Event was a cruise out on Lake Coeur d'Alene. Day 3 was our final day of the 2015 Chief Academy.
