We had a wonderful day here in Coeur d'Alene Idaho with the members of our Feedback Panel! The day began with a breakfast at the Coeur d'Alene Resort and then progressed to our headquarters for a company tour. After a Company and Product update everyone broke out into topic based sessions to discuss different areas of the program. And we'll conclude the day at at Cedars Floating Restaurant for dinner. The Chief Architect website became slow this morning. Chief Architect the program should have launched for you, but, there may have been a ~30 second delay while the program tried to contact the website. And, as Joe pointed out, disconnecting from the internet would have sped up the launch. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello, Thank you for the question. There is cross compatibility between Interiors and Premier as long as they are on the same version number. As was mentioned above, if something is created in Premier, and Interiors does not have the feature (such as framing or terrain), the Interiors version will treat it like a viewer. For example, you can view the framing or terrain but not edit it in the Interiors version. I hope this helps.
