    Hi there, I'm 70 yo. I have a version of CA 8 from 1994 I would like to use again.............tons of plans from my earlyarchitect days. I LOST DONGLE HARDWARE LOCK AND CA SAYS THEY DON'T HAVE THEM ANYOMRE! Any suggestions/ideas? Chief Architect??

    Hello, My experience and expertise makes me perfect for this. I have designed many fine homes and additions and gotten homes permitted many times either dealing directly with the building department or a lot of times one of the many "facilitators" employed to do this in the particular area.     Hello, I am an older architect (70) and am extremely interested in Green Design! I am proficient in Chief Architect having used it since 1994, (version 8). I was a contractor in Colorado, and the requirements there are not mush different than others in reference to the IRC. I have always gone by the guidance of the building department having jurisdiction. I just finished working with a firm in Washington state remotely. I am attaching a portfolio even though you siad wait till you contacted me.....trying to get ahead here!
