I'm located in Sydney and a building a two-storey residence in the Moreton Bay council, north of Brisbane. I'm seeking someone to complete the drafting and tweak the design so that drawings can be used for builders to quote and construct. I'm an "enthusiastic amateur", and design feedback is welcome, especially with regard to changes which will lower construction costs or increase value, including energy efficiency.
