  1. I agree joe, you have to go out of one tab into another tab to make this work.
  2. Thanks Michael, I spoke to chief and they didn’t know...
  3. Hi mark, when I select paneled our auto paneled I only get flat panel, how do you change it to a door panel?
  4. I am trying to add a custom side panel to a base cabinet and i have selected in accessories full panel, full overlay but the door panel does not come to front of drawers, if i just use a flat panel then it does. I know i have made this work before...any suggestions?
  5. Thanks Glen, that worked...it helps if i ask the right thing... How are you with all the fires? I hope you and your family are ok.
  6. Eric, what do you mean by copy the structure exactly...i copied the plan with the room types and pasted it into the plan and the room types did not show up in plan.
  7. Oh Yes....room types, not room names...sorry.
  8. Eric i opened a new plan with the room names active, copied the plan and pasted it into the plan i am working on, room names did not come thru
  9. I have a plan that I am working on and i have somehow erased the added room types before i started plan...so now i dont have my standard room names.
  10. Is there a way to import room names into a plan?
  11. I have done many as builts.. I take my laptop and a laser measure to site and input plan on the spot..I set the Temp dimensions to face of drywall.. doesn’t take too long.. only real critical dimensions are where cabinets might go.. i can draw up a 2000 sq ft two storey inside of an hour. Have you considered doing this yourself?
  12. I was thinking there might be another solution but i am not very good at photoshop type manipulation, i have gimp for photo software... What about cutting the pano and rearranging the cut piece to one side or the other so the view you want would be where it needs to be? Does this make sense? I need some help showing how to do this..if anyone has some time.
  13. Thanks Michael.. I will try it out.. your instructions make sense.. cheers.
  14. I tried adding extra degrees to pano...in order to get the right view it duplicates some of the picture so then it is distorted..you would think adding say 90 degrees would rotate background 90 deg but it doesn't...I guess the only way is to rotate plan and make sure a levels are rotated exactly the same. I had the sun set to light the pano instead of coming into room..this is why the pano was washed out...looks better now..but still distorted.
  15. I read post, I will try setting angle past 360 and see if it rotates image. in pbr view the background is very bright.. any thoughts on how to make this better?
  16. So I should just rotate plan until the view I want is achieved? you would think ca would have a adjustment on the backdrop? david Skogg
  17. Is there a way of changing what the location of the background picture shows on a interior shot looking out? Here is an example picture with a full 360 deg view...
  18. Only thing is this is for a real estate 360 so i cant show lights that aren't there... they wanted to have a panoramic photo in background but it seems pbr doesnt really show this very well.
  19. mick, i added two lights in order to get rid of the black frames..doesnt make sense i would have to do this...there must be some issues with pbr.
  20. Thanks Mick and Michael... I will give that a try...
  21. I am trying to do a pbr of a condo suite, i added another floor on top to get rid of the light bleed at ceilings and the door jambs turn black or the entire door in some cases. I built this door symbol but why would pbr do this? I have seen it on the first release of pbr on white surfaces turning black. Here is the plan, any thoughts would be much appreciated. n4th.zip
  22. thats very cool..yes the metal would be hard..also you kind of want to see the grout lines a bit so you can tell its tile. great job...
  23. Hi Dustin, callacatta and Carrara marbles are very popular types today and both have white backgrounds with grey veining.. you will see these used for counters and tiles more than a dark grey marble with white veins.
