emilymorgaaann
I downloaded a set of objects from 3D warehouse but they are all in one block, I was wondering if it was possible to sperate them some how!
Joe_Carrick
The only way I know of doing that is: 1. Display them in 3D 2. Use the "Delete Surface" tool on everything except the object you want. 3. Convert what's left to a New Symbol Repeat the above process with each of the composite symbol to get each individual. Alaskan_Son
Or download the free version of Sketchup and just do it in there.
Dennis_Gavin
Yes, what Michael said. I do it all the time. Very easy.
mrscott
Joe, Does one version exploded better than another? I need a simple Carriage Bolt 3/4 x 12" with nut and washer in 3D. I do have Sketchup so Dennis, are you saying create or convert the item I need in Sketchup and then import to the CA X8? Thanks,
