X18 - Default Light Theme Bug - White Icons Hard to See

Hi everyone!

First time posting here, so I apologize if this topic is not in the right location.

I noticed that after I updated Chief to X18, the default light theme is kind of buggy, where some of the interface icons are white when they should be black, making them difficult to see.

I have attached a screenshot.

It's nothing that's impeding me from working, but it's definitely annoying.

Is there anybody going through the same issue, or someone who knows how to fix it?

I appreciate the help

We had the same issue.  One of our users has Windows Default of Dark Theme, but he wanted his Chief in Light theme.  We switched it to be light theme, and it was blown out like you're showing.

We just restarted his program, and it fixed it.  I would say that, or a reboot of the computer entirely.

Thanks for the reply, JonathanK.

I tried rebooting a couple of times, but the issue persists.

I will get in touch with our IT department and see if there is some sort of cache the program is storing and if I can get rid of it.

Thanks again

I kind of found the "solution", but it's definitely a bug.

After Jonathan's response, I decided to try it out a bit. So I turned my Windows to the light theme and set Chief to "system", then I restarted it. Once the interface was working, I switched to "force light" and changed my Windows back to the dark theme.

Now everything is working just fine.

Thanks again for the help!
