WoodChuck267 Posted September 1 Author Share Posted September 1 (edited) I have x17/x18 version of Chief. That doesn't lower the exterior walls of the garage. My walls for the garage start framing at top of subfloor for main house. I want the garage walls to start framing 4" below top of house stem wall. Which is about 12 5/8" down. How do I achieve that? javatom Posted September 1 Share Posted September 1 In the room specification dbx there is a way to do what you want. Go to the item marked FLOOR TO SWT.
