    I have x17/x18 version of Chief. That doesn't lower the exterior walls of the garage. My walls for the garage start framing at top of subfloor for main house. I want the garage walls to start framing 4" below top of house stem wall. Which is about 12 5/8" down. How do I achieve that? Thanks

    Garage floor elevation is at 0". I would like to lower the garage slab floor to -16" any suggestions. Already have structure built on Chief.

    Hello, I'm trying to build a house the has a gable roof with a 40/12 pitch on the back side and a 6/12 pitch on the front side. Where did you find those A frame tutorials? Thanks!

    How do I change exterior wall siding to Wainscotting for the first 42" up from bottom of wall. I have X-17/18 version
