I have x17/x18 version of Chief. That doesn't lower the exterior walls of the garage. My walls for the garage start framing at top of subfloor for main house. I want the garage walls to start framing 4" below top of house stem wall. Which is about 12 5/8" down. How do I achieve that? Thanks

Garage floor elevation is at 0". I would like to lower the garage slab floor to -16" any suggestions. Already have structure built on Chief.
