Closed and Open stacked stairwells -How to build?

I have an As-Built condition to model with 3 levels of stairs from a basement up to a third floor. Basement stairs and Third floor stairs have walls on one side that follow the bottom of the stair and are framed to the floor above. The middle stair, first to second floor has a unique railing condition that becomes a guardrail at the second floor and returns to a partial  wall section of the 3rd floor stairs.

The challenges are:

1. How to have a wall follow the stringers of the stairs

2.Working with Stairwell opening, an offset Guardrail and then an upper stair wall all in the same plane.
