SSA Quote not available

Anyone else who is still in the grandfathered program getting a strange message on the SSA account?

My account is active and paid to date:

Should I assume this just means they haven't figued out the cost yet for the next SSA cycle?

If X18 is featuring files existing on a CA cloud service....I could see an increased charge for that.  I hope it's optional, because I like Dropbox.

@DeLayDesign Thank you for the question.  You will not see a quote in your account because your SSA is set for Auto Renewal.  We send a notice 30 days before your SSA is set to auto renew as a reminder.  If you would like to renew early, please call our sales department at 208-292-3400, and we can take care of it for you.  If your SSA was on Manual renewal, you would see a quote in your account.

Thank you Derek!  Denise called to inform of this as well.  I guess I panicked thinking I had screwed up and missed a payment, not realizing I had set it up to auto renew!  Thank you for following up!

Looks like I have to renew and pay the $1995 for this year because I can't risk being shut out of my 2 current projects.. But I will be starting all new projects with a new company.  My small company can not afford to pay this massive increase every year and I'm sure the price will continue to go up and up..  I have been using Chief for over 10 years, so I'm sad but life goes on ..  I'm just not a big enough company to justify the increase. It would be one thing if Chief provided a multi user license, than I could possibly justify the costs.  Over the next few weeks, I will be looking at everything that is out there, like Plan7architect and so on...   Hope you know what your doing Chief...  Jim Larkin...
