I can't figure out why the 5 1/2"  brick ledge won't display all the way around the foundation and then does some overlapping in other sections. Has anyone else run into something like this? Any help would be appreciated!

You can either make the plan smaller or post it somewhere on the cloud and put a link to it here.  To make a plan smaller, you can try making a compressed archive (zip) of just the plan file (rather than the whole project which usually has stuff you don't need).  Need to make sure you do this when the plan is not open in the program otherwise it might not work.  If it is still too big, then make a copy of the plan and then delete the stuff that isn't part of the problem, especially things like fixtures, furniture, terrain, etc..  The "delete objects" tool is a good way of getting rid of things in a plan.  Sometimes when you delete things the problem goes aways which can give you a clue about what is causing the problem.

I ran into that in X16 and Home Pro 2023 / 2024. Wall types did not matter other than they all used a brick facade. I ended up using CAD to fix for plan views. Interestingly enough, 3D views were fine.

What is strange is every time I tried to rebuild walls using same settings, the errant lines ended up in differing places.  Wrote it off as a bug and used best version and used CAD as indicated.

Looks like some of your walls were edited top or bottom.  See if resetting the 'default top height' and 'default bottom height' works - on the 1st floor....

So, as I understand you Scott, This issue with the brick ledge will happen any time the user may wish to use and adjust pony wall heights. Should not the brick ledge be based on the wall directly above it, regardless of height? There are times where even the starting height can be different from one wall to the next where the foundation is stepped in order to follow a sloped site.

I would think it might be well to allow the user to set the  brick ledge off and on independently of walls above along with setting depth and width. There are times where a ledge might be desired for stone or other facade and the user could adjust the facade above to extend as required to "rest" on the ledge. Just a thought.
