Terrain At Building

Why does the terrain ramp up the wall? Maybe a duh answer but I'm missing it. I've fought this before. The plan needs more work obviously and I'm on it.

I'm not at my CA computer, but I assume you have terrain regions on that side as it is sloping down? looks like you need to adjust it to be next to the building.

Try turning off "flatten pad" and then lower the terrain to about -10'.
