What's the room definition of the "fireplace". (How are the ceilings set, how are the floors set, etc..) How is the fireplace built. (Is it a whole block, is it built as a "room", is it just firred walls and an opening, etc..) You can attach the plan and we can dissect it a little and help you out with some of these things.
