PitMan71
What view in Chief does everyone use for marketing their floor plans? I am getting my business Facebook page setup and want to highlight the designs I am working on. Thanks
basketballman
Couple of examples. Mostly fronts of nice looking projects Can vary depending on type of projects, local design criteria, clients, etc.
Gawdzira
It depends on the nature of your business and how you are trying to present yourself. Looking at a floor plan presented in Fine Homebuilding has a very casual look as opposed to in a publication like Arch Daily where they are very clean black an white floor plan images. PitMan71
Thanks for your responses. I think I am looking for a more casual floor plan look like the attached. The perspective straight down look in Chief is nice, but it's hard to see the details of the floor plan.
misteralex
Most people use a clean 2D layout view (black & white, furniture on, clear room labels) for marketing floor plans, it’s simple, readable, and looks professional on social media. You can also export a lightly rendered plan with subtle color for more visual appeal. If you’re serious about growing through Facebook, a team like 514 Digital could help you optimize visuals, posting strategy, and lead funnels so your designs actually convert into inquiries.
