Looking for Design, Renderings & Construction Documents - Help w/ Projects

Hey everyone!  So I officially went out on my own last year, May 2024, and I'm growing so fast I'm buried in work!  I went from having 4 projects at a time, to currently having about 12, and no signs of slowing down.

 

I definitely need someone who can take my concept designs once approved from the clients, through construction documents.  I may also take on 1 or 2 Designers, since I'm starting to do more project management with my local projects and site visits are taking up a lot of my time.  I am no longer just offering New Construction plans - I also have remodels (currently being done in Revit) and a couple larger projects, including 1 multi-family project as well!

 

My remodel projects are scanned, I get Matterport 3D, and a Revit file of As-Builts to work from.  So experience with Revit would be beneficial as well!

 

I may also be looking for someone to do Renderings - Higher End - Interior and Exterior for Marketing, Website, etc. 

 

And taking some past plans and doing Construction Docs so I can sell the plans on my website.

 

There are a lot of ideas for growth, and I'm looking for people to have a long-term business relationship with, people that I can trust and depend on and to work with my clients.

 

It's a work in progress, it'll take time to build it properly, but it's well on it's way!
