Physically Based 3D View is very noisy when moving camera

Hello, 

I got a new computer (see specs below) and my physically based ray trace view is very noisy when moving camera. It takes 10 seconds when not moving to fully clear up image. I don't have this problem with older hardware on other computer. Is there a setting I'm missing to fix this issue? 

I'm on X13

Intel Core i7 14th Generation

Processor Model Number 14700F

20-core

SSD 2048 gigabytes

System Memory (RAM) 32 gigabytes

Graphics Type Dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti

CPU Cache Memory Level L3 Cache 33 megabytes

System Memory (RAM) 32 gigabytes DDR5 5200 megahertz

You have a hot rod now, it's going to make noise when moving, and quiets while idle.  Mine isn't as pepped up as yours's, but she still screams.  I don't know if there is a setting honestly.. if there was, I wouldn't take these van hines off anyways.
