Angled ceiling above stairs for head height

Hello everyone, 

 

I cannot figure out how to raise the ceiling in the closet over this stair set. I would like to header it, raise it up 16" and angle it to match the stair slope.

Open the closet room and raise the floor...see attached;

Thank you, so simple, I was adjusting the wrong value.

Adjusting that has moved my door up, is there a way to keep the door on at the original floor height?

Doors are usually placed at the highest floor height but you can manually move it up or down.
