Turn off fascia on selected roof edge

I like the ability to turn off the gutter of selected roof lines. But why is there no ability to do the same with fascia?

In certain conditions the roof meets a wall above a living area. When the roof is flat the lower portion of the fascia will often appear below the ceiling line.

 

What is the best way to handle this condition?

Hi Jim,

I thought about this and tested my theory in X16, it should be the same in previous versions as well.

I would suggest that you turn off the fascia and use the shadow board feature as a fascia. 

The shadow board has the ability to be turned off per roof edge.

I try and keep the solutions within the tools at our disposal.

The nice part about this method is you can add multiple trim boards as desired.
