It's the weekend so I can't contact Chief support, and I need to open a file from my architect that was created using X16. I have tried everything, from checking for updates, to redownloading the software, etc... My digital locker says that I have the most recent version (X15) and does not give me an option to update. For context, I am using an M2 Macbook Air, fully updated to Sonoma 14.5. My digital locker says that my SSA expires on June 14, 2024. I have no idea what's going on and why I can't update.
