RobUSMC
I'm asking this mainly because I have tried Canvas for a few as built plans but it would be the same no matter who drew my initial as built plan. How can I take a plan that someone else completed and then import / convert it so I'm using my own template, layers, default settings?
TeaTime
Probably the quickest/easiest: Edit Area/All Floors, Copy/Paste.

Create a default blank plan to provide third party, As-Buit drafters. This plan would contain all your settings of course. I realize this doesn't solve existing as-builts, but it prevents further issues. I request this any time I do work for another user. As to the converting, it's always a problem no matter how many adjustments are made. I can usually re-create model faster.
