jenmarsch Posted December 20, 2023 Share Posted December 20, 2023 Hi there. I fill up my user catalog with many items, all of which are clearly saved and I'm able to us them without issue. But when I finish work for the day, close the program and return the next morning... poof they are gone! I've re-entered my materials a few times now but need to figure out how to fix this issue. When you're opening the program after closing - are you logged into the same account on your PC? When you load it up, the files are missing from your catalog completely (meaning you can't find them at all) or are they showing up in your catalog but missing the actual texture file? DBCooper Posted December 20, 2023 Share Posted December 20, 2023 Is this a new problem, or has it been happening for a long time? Did you move your data folder? You can check in your preferences under folders to see where it is. Is the folder writeable? Do you have enough empty disk space?
