want to create two story garage door

hi - I have a 20' pole barn structure with mezzanine - which i created using two floors... with openend to first floor .  I cant get the floor to brek at the garage door - which is higher than the first floor.  Thoughts as to how to fix?

Where you have the railing walls on the second floor, go to the first floor and transfer those walls below as invisible walls which will establish a room at the open space. Make that room have a ceiling tall enough to reach the upper ceiling level.
