INTERIOR FINISH SCHEDULE - SIMPLIFY DESCRIPTION?

Hi all, I'm trying to create an interior finish schedule for a project, and really don't need it to describe the manufacturer, finish, and underlayment under "floor finish" for example. I simply want it to read "tile" or "bamboo". Is this possible without converting the schedule to text?

You can open the schedule and delete all the columns...except those you need. You can even "rename" the columns. If the material name isn't what you want...you will have to edit the material itself. You could make a copy of the material and give it a unique name...or, just rename the existing material.
